Salmon pie



  • 7 medium potatoes (may be more)
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 pieces of celery stalks
  • 2 onions
  • 1 piece of broccoli
  • 500 g of salmon
  • tablespoon butter
  • some milk about 2 tablespoons
  • oil 
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • spices: bay leaf, allspice, sea salt, parsley, thyme, ground cumin, ground black pepper, ground coriander, ginger




  1. A pot of hot water, toss potatoes, washed but unpeeled and bay leaf and allspice, salt sea.
  2. Cook  potatoes until tender
  3. Cook steamed salmon (only a few minutes)
  4. Remove skin from salmon
  5. cook broccoli on steam
  6. On a grater grate carrots, celery and onions
  7. To the casserole dish (greased) put the salmon with a fork and crush the salmon
  8. Drizzle with juice of half a lemon 
  9. Place the vegetables on a salmon
  10. Sprinkle with spices, lightly mix without affecting salmon
  11. Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil
  12. Turn on the oven to  200 of degrees
  13. Peel the potatoes and put back in the pot to evaporate them
  14. To the pot of potatoes add butter and milk
  15. Mash the potatoes
  16. Lay potatoes on vegetables
  17. Little peck the potatoes with a fork
  18. pour a little of oil
  19. Put into the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until nicely browned be up.
